Vadim is an experienced executive, consultant, and a transformational leader. He spent over 17 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), most recently as a Managing Director and Senior Partner. While at BCG he led BCG's Canadian Transform Practice, gaining significant operational experience driving large scale transformation and turnaround efforts, including playing Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) role.

Vadim brings a mature and comprehensive value creation toolkit across revenue, cost, and balance sheet. He has also helped numerous clients redesign their go-to-market approach, develop and implement innovation strategies, accelerate organic and M&A-driven growth, and improve operational performance. He has over decade of experience in buy-and-sell side M&A advisory, due diligence, as well as creation and execution of full potential plans. Prior to joining BCG, Vadim spent ten years working in the telecom equipment and semiconductor industries, including helping to build two startups. He holds more than ten U.S. patents.
